Manifesto
The name is no accident. "Atypical" is what we kept hearing - about how we work, what we turn down, the standard we demand. Instead of hiding it, we turned it into method.
We built software for some of the most demanding brands in the world and bet on one thesis: the next generation of companies will be operated by AI under human supervision - and someone needs to know how to actually build that. We built it for ourselves first: our products are maintained by autonomous agents, with senior people at the points that matter.
Atipicos exists to bring that engineering to companies in Brazil and Europe: systems in production, measured results, transferred knowledge.
